Kyla Carrier
Stewarding Claudia's Story
Kyla is a Weyburn born creator whose work spans from the stage to the job site. As a Ballet instructor, Journeyman Carpenter, and Voice artist, she brings a unique blend of artistry to her projects. Whether she is building with wood, movement, or sound, Kyla’s diverse expertise reflects a lifelong commitment to craftsmanship and creative expression.

Sharlene Stanley
Stewarding Kristine's Story
Sharlene Stanley struggles to call herself an artist but prefers to label herself a creative. She does paint. Prefers acrylic paint but dabbles with watercolour, pan pastels, and collages. She spends her spare time crocheting and sewing for charity. Sharlene gives back to her community in many ways; enjoying meeting people of her community and learning all aspects of their lives. She believes everyone's story should be told, heard, and respected. Sharlene resides in Weyburn with her common-law partner of 40 years and their two very spoiled cats.

Victoria Koops
Stewarding Stan's Story
Saskatchewan author VICTORIA KOOPS never stopped playing make-believe and often writes while wearing a tiara. Her stories are full of epic adventure and swoony romance, and navigate social issues through the power of fandom and geek culture. WHO WE ARE IN REAL LIFE is her award-winning debut novel.
As a practicing counsellor, Victoria lives with her family in Treaty 4 Territory, where she loves to sing off-key, tease her sisters and pretend that she’ll choose a different romance the next time she plays Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Sara Irwin
Stewarding Jackie's Story
Sara Irwin is a Retired Registered Nurse born and raised on a farm in Southern Saskatchewan. She/her is married with three sons, their spouses and five grandchildren.
The first half of her Nursing Career was spent working at a large institution that provided care to aging Seniors and Seniors with long term Psychiatric diagnosis. Her remaining years were spent managing an acute psychiatric centre and being a Team lead in a community recovery team, focusing on cognitive behavioural and dialectical behaviour therapy. Sara’s post graduate work was in Suicide Prevention Studies, from Griffith University in Australia.
Closing in on retirement gave Sara an opportunity to explore her artistic interests, mainly in a form of mosaic called pique-assiette and participating in the art community in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Regan Lanning
Stewarding Jeff's Story
Regan has been an artist since she first held a crayon. Art and artists have continued to captivate her as a means of understanding the world.

Regan works as Curator/Arts Coordinator for the City of Weyburn via the Weyburn Art Gallery at the Credit Union Spark Centre. In that role since 2015, she has worked consistently to elevate the public’s understanding and appreciation of art. Working and volunteering with the Weyburn Arts Council, she has helped develop many public art initiatives.
When not in the gallery, Regan can regularly be found in rural Saskatchewan communities, teaching a variety of art mediums via private events and library hosted classes. Regan firmly believes that art is for everyone and should be celebrated everywhere.

Em Ironstar
Stewarding Abby's Story
Em Ironstar is a multidisciplinary artist based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Trained in printmaking, her practice moves across visual art, text, film, and community-based creative work. She is drawn to projects that sit in complex emotional spaces and explore memory and relationship.

In addition to her artistic work, Em serves as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Arts Alliance, where she advocates for artists and cultural workers across the province. Her leadership work and creative practice are deeply intertwined, grounded in a commitment to equity, access, and community-building.

Em holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from the University of Regina. She continues to explore interdisciplinary forms that bridge personal experience and collective dialogue.
