Re-storied: Research in Community
Re-storied is a research-based art project exploring how people live alongside loss, responsibility, and relational harm.

Through a facilitated retreat, artists were invited to steward the stories of individuals related to someone who has been convicted of taking a life. These stories were not retold, but held - through art, dialogue, and collective witnessing.

Re-storied is about meeting life experience with compassionate curiosity.

This project invites us to re-imagine our inner narrative from judgement to understanding on a human level.

This platform invites visitors to connect with art, writing, and stories that reveal the complexities surrounding tragic events and human resilience. Your engagement can make a difference in understanding harm, compassion, and what it means to be alive.
